Hey everybody. I have been neglecting the website for the past couple of weeks and I blame school. Last Tuesday my lessons started again and I’ve already lots and lots of homework It’s probably getting tougher this year so I decided to transform the website to a ‘blog’. Without the graphics and other stuff. I don’t know yet when this change will come, probably in a weekend when I’m not busy with everything. School and friends and other things are just taking too much time to take good care of the website. I will probably respond less to comments as well but I hope to still stay in contact with you guys

Another thing, yesterday was my birthday! ^^ So late happy bday to me. It was a nice day, first school which wasn’t that nice but in the evening we - my friends, I, my grandmothers and grandfathers, parents and sister - went to a restaurant to eat tapas. It was delicious!

I’m too tired at the moment to write anything else, sorry about that. Coming weekend I have a what we call a “Family weekend”, we go camping with the whole family and it’s always fun You’ll hear from me the coming days!

Hi people, you probably have noticed I haven’t updated my blog in a while. This is because I’m sooo busy learning tests every single hour of the day (besides school), I don’t have time for my website or other things at the moment So I decided to concentrate completely on my testweek this week and next week and after that my summer break starts and I’ll be back updating and stuff! Hi guys, just a quick update to show I’m still alive ^-^ Everything’s okay here. I’m getting really tired, but luckily it’s almost  summer break,  I just have to carry through 8 weeks and then I can relax for a very long time. It’s always the same at the end of the school year, everyone’s getting exhausted and just wants to sleep and do nothing. Teachers, homework and tests are getting more annoying and you can keep going on like this but I won’t.

Two days ago two friends of mine stayed at my place for a sleepover, and it was fun! We had to laugh all the time (mostly because of nothing) and we watched the movie Bride Wars. Have you seen it? It was great, while watching that movie we ate Ben & Jerry ice creams which were de-li-cious. 

Anyway, Thursday and Friday I don’t have to go to school! Because it’s Ascension day yay haha. So that makes this a short week, which is good.

I’m back! It was really really cool but also very exhausting so that’s why this update is maybe a bit later than you expected. I’m really tired. Anyway, I’ve had so much fun and it was a very nice, new experience!

So we started with a one hour journey with the bus to ‘Ijmuiden’ (I don’t think it’s possible to pronounce for a foreigner), the place where the ship would leave to England. We had fun, singing songs like wannabe - the spice girls haha Then about 5:30 PM (dutch time) the ship left, after a last glance to the Netherlands we were on open sea!

Dinner was great, we got a really nice buffet with all sorts of food! And there was sushi as well So they got me happy..

The next day we were on land again in newcastle itself! There we did a citytour, it was so much fun because we were hopelessly lost in the middle of nowhere in newcastle haha. We were with about 15 children and everyone was like: ‘Where the hell are we?’ I’ve never laughed so hard in my life A friend of mine was getting a little irritated but after a few moments we were laughing together. Eventually we found the way back after a phonecall to our teachers and studying the map we had a bit better.

We also went to grainger market (a big food market), and to Segedunum, that’s a historical museum about the roman time. We could dress up like romans which was so funny And we went to Castle Keep, you had a really nice view on top of the castle there!

And this is a picture of us being crazy in front of Chinatown haha, we saw a part of Chinatown when we were doing our citytour.

After that my feet hurt like hell and we went back to the boat! This is a movie we made for a grade, watch it if you want to see more photos Unfortunately the music is taken out by youtube because it had copyright or whatever, stupid youtube.

Anyway, I have a ten days break now, that means no school until the 5th of May!

Tomorrow morning I’m going to England people! Around 8:30 AM I have to be at school and we’re leaving from there with a bus in the afternoon I am so excited yay! Haha I will tell you all about the trip when I’m back home and post some pictures. The weather is nice now at the moment in New Castle ^^

For all the people who don’t know the place, this is were I’m going! (Look above, yes it’s a snapshot from google earth) So, I will not be here for three days. I promise I will update my blog on Friday or Saterday!
